• Smartkey Expansion

  • A new menu called Smartkeys has been added which contains community, user and external Smartkeys.

  • A new Smartkey type called External Smartkeys is available for externally sharing encrypted archives.

  • Smartkeys include new usage statistics to help administrators understand how Smartkeys are being used throughout the organization.

  • User Smartkeys, previously only visible from PK Protect agents, are now visible in PEM Administrator. Administrators can view participants of each user Smartkeys.

  • Community Smartkeys have been moved from Archive to Smartkeys menu.

• PK Secure Email: Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MIP)

  • MIP sensitivity labeling has been expanded to PK Secure Email.

  • MIP sensitivity labels can be applied to email attachments and/or used to apply specific remediations when a label is found in email attachments.

• Multi-factor Authentication Security Level

  • A new field called Security Level has been added to community and external Smartkeys to be used in conjunction with MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) policies.
