This screen will display the list of all the tables for the system(s) associated with an application that are exceeding the entered retention period. One can even add a new application in this tab by clicking on the ADD NEW APPLICATION button on the top left corner of the screen.
Select the period from given options in SELECT MEASUREMENT DATE section and enter the numeric value in the Number textbox. Click GET DATA and it displays the list of all the tables that will get expired based on the value entered in the Number field.
The middle section RECORDS READY FOR DELETION/ARCHIVAL displays the bar chart plotted as the name of the applications versus the number of tables associated. Hovering on each chart will display the name of the application and the number of tables associated with it.
The last section Selected Application displays the tabular structure for the list of all tables associated with the database(s). It also displays the schema name as well.
