To access the Results page, click Google Cloud > BigQuery > Results. The Results page displays information about the sensitive data that has been either detected or protected in the selected datasets of BigQuery.
Select the cluster from the Select Cluster drop-down. It lists down all the task instances which have been executed for the selected cluster.
The Results page is divided into two panels:
This panel displays information for all the instances of the task that have been executed. It displays information such as, ID (system generated), Task Name, Status of the task, Start Time, End Time, and Executed By.
View Task: To view the details of a task, click View icon corresponding to the task that you want to view.
Maximize: To maximize the panel, click the Window icon on the top right corner of the panel. Click Double Window icon to resize the panel.
Minimize: Click Minimize icon to minimize the panel.
Cancel: Click Cancel icon displayed under the Actions column to cancel a running task.
Resume: If the running task is paused or gets failed, then the user can resume the task by clicking the Resume button displayed under the Actions column.
Pause: This functionality allows you to pause a running task. Perform the below steps to pause a task:
Select a running task in the Task Instances panel and click the Pause icon.
A pop-up will appear with a message saying, “Do you want to pause this task?” with option YES or NO.
Click YES, if you want to pause the task. Otherwise, click NO.
Re-execute: Click Re-execute icon displayed under the Actions column in the Task Instances panel to re-execute a task. This will trigger the selected instance of the task.
Refresh: Click Refresh button available at the top of the screen to refresh the Task Instances panel with the updated information.
With Results: Check this checkbox to view only those task instances in the Task Instances panel for which the results get displayed. Upon checking this checkbox, the Task Instances panel displays only those tasks for which the Overview panel displays results.
Hide/Hide Selected: Click Hide icon under the Actions column to hide a task. You can also opt for an alternative approach to hide all the selected tasks simultaneously by selecting the Hide Selected option displayed under the 3 Dots icon available on the top right corner of the screen.
*Note: If you have checked the Show Hidden Items checkbox in the User Preferences, then the hidden task will appear greyed out, else it will not be visible on the screen.
Show/Show Selected: Click Show icon under the Actions column to view a hidden task. You can also opt for an alternative approach to view all the hidden tasks by selecting the Show Selected option displayed under the 3 Dots icon available on the top right corner of the screen.

This panel provides in-depth information of the task selected in the Task Instances panel. It contains the following tabs:
Task Instance Overview
This tab displays brief details of the task selected in the Task Instances panel. It is further divided into two sub-tabs as described below:
This sub-tab displays the summary of the task selected in the Task Instances panel. It displays basic details related to the task such as, Task Name, Task Description, Created By, Task Type, Policies Selected, etc.
Sensitive Type Details
This sub-tab displays the list of all sensitive types associated with task selected in the Task Instances panel.
For protection, this panel displays additional information about the protection option selected for masking and its consistent value (True/False).
This tab displays results for the task selected in the Task Instances panel. It displays details for the Sensitive Type Group and Dataset Name associated with the selected task along with other information such as, Project Id, Table Name, and Column Name.
This tab displays detailed results for the task selected in the Task Instances panel. For detection, it displays the Sensitive Type detected in the tables across the associated Project ID and Dataset Name along with other information such as, Table Name and Column Name in which the sensitive type was discovered, Hit Count, Null Count, and Total Count for each sensitive type, Header Match, and Confidence.
For protection, it displays the Sensitive Type associated to the Project ID and Dataset Name that has been masked along with other information such as, Table Name and Column Name to which that sensitive type belongs, Protection Type applied on that column, Data Type of the column, Status of the masking operation, and Details related to that operation, if any.
