Configure SQL Server

If you choose to use SQL Server, you must have installed SQL Server first.

  1. To configure SQL Server, select SQL Server database and click Next.

    1. For SQL Server/Mixed Authentication:

      1. If the user wants to connect through Port, provide the details for the fields depicted in the screenshot below:

      2. If the user wants to connect through Instance, provide the details for the fields depicted in the screenshot below:

    2. For Windows/Trusted Authentication:

      1. If the user wants to connect through Port, provide the details for the fields depicted in the screenshot below:

      2. If the user wants to connect through Instance, provide the details for the fields depicted in the screenshot below:

  2. Provide the database configuration details as depicted in the screenshot below and click Next.

    As per the values provided for the above-mentioned schemas, it will be checked whether the database/schema is existing or new. After checking, the option to either create a new database/schema or use an existing database/schema is provided.
