The CyberArk Integration implements an external password vault. The CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault, enables organization to secure, manage and track the use of privileged credentials whether On-Premises or on Cloud, across databases, operating systems, etc.
Instead of storing the passwords themselves in the UCMCB/UD, this integration involves storing only the references (in the CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault) to the passwords and retrieving the passwords when they are needed from the vault using the stored references. To set the CyberArk Preference, perform the below steps:
To enable the CyberArk Integration, select the Enable radio button.
Enter the Safe Access URL for the CyberArk Integration.
Enter the Application ID
To add the authentication, check the Certificate Authentication checkbox. This will enable the Key Password, KeyStore Password and KeyStore JKS file Path fields.
