When two or more IDPs of the same type are installed in different locations, you can assign IP ranges to tasks so PK Protect can distinguish between them and allocate work to the appropriate IDP.
While running a task against a particular host machine, PK Protect checks IP range assignments to determine which IDP is responsible for the network segment where the host machine resides. You can assign IP Ranges to the IDPs using the Groups/IP Range Management screen
To manage the groups/IP ranges, click IDP Management > Groups/IP Ranges in the left side pane. The Groups/IP Range Management screen is depicted below:
