Install NoSQL IDP

  1. Locate and copy the executable file DgSecureNoSQLIDP-<x.x.x.x>-linux-x64-installer.run to the machine on which you will install the IDP.

  2. Run DgSecureNoSQLIDP-<x.x.x.x>-linux-x64-installer.run.

  3. Accept the license agreement.

  4. Install the IDP in the default directory or enter a different location.

  5. Install the IDP with Bundled Spark or Pre-installed Spark.

    1. If user choose Bundled Spark option, then provide the details as depicted in the screenshot below:


      It will install Bundled Spark. After installation, a new directory “spark-2.4.3-bin-hadoop2.7” will be created on the installation location.

      For example,:
      /opt/Dataguise/DgSecure/Agents/DgNoSQLAgent/spark-2.4.3-bin-hadoop2.7 and a symbolic link “spark” of the directory “spark-2.4.3-bin-hadoop2.7” will be created on the installation location. E.g., /opt/Dataguise/DgSecure/Agents/DgNoSQLAgent/spark.

      “Spark.master” property and “spark.home” property will be updated in the following file:
      ../DgSecure/Agents/DgNoSQLAgent/expandedArchive/WEB-INF/classes/dg-spark-conf.properties.

    2. If user choose Pre-installed Spark option, then provide the details as depicted in the screenshot below:

*Note: If you want to enable SSL, please refer to Step 6 of Install HDFS IDP.

  1. Installation will begin.
