To access RESULTS page in MongoDB, click NoSQL > MongoDB > Results.
The Results screen gives comprehensive information about the detected sensitive types and the outcome of the detection process. It displays the list of all the task instances and other information. It also displays the name of the Field and Collection across which the data was detected. The different tabs in the Overview panel displays other set of information such as, the count of hits for each sensitive type in the selected collection, unique count of each sensitive type, etc.
The screen is divided into two panels:
This panel displays the list of all the instances of the task that can be in any of the state (Running, Failed, Cancelled, Completed). It also displays the basic information of the task such as, ID (system generated), Task Name, Status, Start and End Time.
There are few other common controls through which you can sort the values in the column header, filter the data, download the results in CSV or PDF format, etc. To know more, visit NoSQL Common Controls.
Re-execute: To execute the task again, click the Re-execute icon displayed under the Actions column. This will trigger the selected instance of the task again.
With Results: Check this checkbox to view only those task instances in the Task Instances panel for which the results get displayed. Upon checking the checkbox, the Task Instances panel displays only those tasks for which, the Overview panel display results.
Show: Click this Show icon under the Actions column corresponding to the selected hidden task that you want to unhide. If you’ve checked the Show Hidden Items checkbox in the User Preferences, the hidden task will appear as greyed out, else it will not be visible on the screen.
Hide: Click this Hide icon under the Actions column corresponding to the selected task that you want to hide. If you’ve checked the Show Hidden Items checkbox in the User Preferences, the hidden task will appear as greyed out, else it will not be visible on the screen.
View Task: To view the details of any task, click this View icon displayed under the Actions column corresponding to that task. On doing so, the user will be redirected to the Task Definitions screen, where you can view, edit, delete, hide, and execute that task.
Cancel Task: To cancel the running task, click this Close icon displayed under the Actions column corresponding to that task. This cancels the running task, and the Status of the task is updated to Cancelled.
This panel displays information for the sensitive data discovered in the collection. The Overview panel displays the information in four tabs:
This tab displays information for all the instances of the task that have been executed to detect sensitive data. It consists of three sub-tabs:
Task Instance Details
This sub-tab displays information for all the instances of the task that have been executed to detect sensitive data. It displays information such as, Task ID (system generated), Executed By, Connection Name, Start Time, End Time etc.
This sub-tab displays the details of the connection that is associated with the task. It displays information such as, Connection Name, Connection Type, Region and Connection Attribute.
Policies/ Sensitive Data Types
This sub-tab displays the list of policies and sensitive data types that are associated with the task.
Database Object Filters
The sub-tab displays only those collections/columns that matches with the applied filter. The columns display information such as, Operator, Connection Information, Collection operator, Collection Filter, Column Operator, Column Filter.
This tab displays the results for the selected task instance on which the detection process is performed. It also displays the name of the fields which consist of sensitive data along with the collection name to which it belongs.
For e.g., in the above image the fields address, city is grouped under Address Sensitive Data Group, and they all belong to BulkData_Detect_A database.
This tab provides the detailed information for the Sensitive Type discovered in the Collection. It displays the Hit Count for each sensitive type discovered in the collection for a specific database along with other information such as, Key Path, Quick Search, Null Count, Confidence, and Host Name.
This tab displays the list of databases name which were scanned during the detection process. It displays the total size of the database scanned, collection name, total number of documents, sampled document, the size of sampled data.
