You can setup notifications to alert selected recipients about specific events like completed discovery, masking, encryption, file transfer and scan jobs etc. Once you have defined notifications in Admin, you can subscribe to the notifications in PK Protect by performing the following steps:

  1. Sign into PK Protect and click Notifications option under the <Username> at the bottom of the navigation panel.

  2. For notification subscriptions, click on the pen icon under Actions column. A dialog box will appear.

  3. Specify the emails and change Subscribe status to True to activate the notification. If the user does not want to receive notification emails, then change subscribe status to False.

*Note: You can enter multiple email values separated by comma in the Emails field.

  1. Click Save.
