Policy Keys

Policy keys are used to protect sensitive data. It provides a way to restrict or allow the commands/queries. A policy key is a rule, which can be applied on device realms through policy groups.


PK Protect supports two types of policy keys:

  • White Key: Allows the commands given in policy key.

  • Black key: Restricts the commands given in policy key.

To access the Policy Keys screen for Dynamic Masking, click Dynamic Masking Config> Policy Keys in the navigation panel. This screen displays the Policy Keys saved for dynamic masking.

*Note: Policy Keys screen is visible once you provide the details of Dynamic Masking Configuration setting in Admin.
