Redaction Requirements

  • Supported file extensions: ZIP, MSG, PDF, PPTX, TXT, XML, XLS, XLSX, ACCD, DOC, DOCX, PPT, MDB, RTF, CSV, VSDX, VSD, OOXM, LOG, JSON
  • Images: BMP, PNG, JPG, GIF, TIF. Images inside PPT, PPTX, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PDF, MSG.
  • Note: Certain file types, notably Visio diagrams, cannot be redacted unless the appropriate editing software is installed on the same device as the redaction agent.
