KB - Where are the agent log files on a Mac?copy

The log files are in a hidden folder off of the user's home directory

~/.PKWARE

To get to them:

• Open Finder
• Click on Go
• Click on Go to Folder
• type in ~/.PKWARE and press go
• Locate the agent.log and sent it along with smartcrypt.log to the tech you are working with.
