KB - How to turn on Smartcrypt Agent Tracing

Exit the Smartcrypt client (right click and choose exit)
Open the location %localappdata%\pkware
Edit agent-log.properties with Notepad but do not right click as this will launch the PEM agent and lock the file (open Notepad and drag the file into Notepad).
Change three references of INFO to TRACE

After
Launch Smartcrypt to start the agent and the tracing.
