Users

The Users screen provides a way to view all user generated smartkeys in PEM Administrator. Earlier, the user was allowed to create and manage user smartkeys in PEM Agent, only. Now, PK Protect has been enhanced to view these smartkeys in PEM Administrator.

In the Users Smartkeys panel, you can view  owner of the smartkey, name of the smartkey along with other information such as, total number of encryptions performed using the smartkey, last time when the smartkey was used for encryption, total number of decryptions performed using the smartkey, last time when the smartkey was used for decryption, date and time when the smartkey was last updated, and Unique Reference Name (URN) of the smartkey.

Click Participants to view the specific users or groups that have access to the smartkey.

If you want to view personal smartkeys of the user, click the Show Personal Smartkeys button available at the bottom right corner of the screen. It will list all the personal smartkeys in the User Smartkeys panel.

You can also hide the list of personal smartkeys from the panel by clicking the Hide Personal Smartkeys button.
