How does PKWARE notify users of available PTF's? (Program Temporary Fixes)

When an urgent notification is required to alert users to a potential risk or failure within our product.

 

In the event a critical notification is necessary to alert our customers of a potential risk or failure, PKWARE will issue HIPER notifications via email to all System z maintenance customers.

The related PTFs will be posted on the website and FTP server for our customers to download as soon as they are available.
